Shipping & returns
Each print is made to order in Helsinki and packed with care. Here is what to expect, and how to reach Sterre if anything is not right.
Production & dispatch
Orders are normally dispatched within 2–5 working days. You will receive order confirmation after payment and fulfilment details by email.
Shipping costs
Select your destination in the cart to see the exact shipping price before checkout. Duties or import charges may apply to deliveries outside the EU and are not included.
Damage in transit
If your order arrives damaged, email within 48 hours of delivery with your order details and clear photographs of the artwork and packaging so a solution can be arranged.
Changes or cancellation
Contact Sterre as soon as possible. Because prints are produced to order, a change or cancellation may no longer be possible once production has started.
Returns
Please get in touch before sending anything back. The available solution depends on the order and circumstances. Nothing on this page limits any rights you have under applicable consumer law.
